Organic Cotton

Organic cotton differs from regular cotton in that it is grown naturally without the use of pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers or other chemicals. To be sure that the cotton is actually organic, producers undergo extensive third-party verification (example of GOTS). The number of organic cotton farms is increasing rapidly, but still counts for a very small part of the overall cotton production worldwide.
